At Uninfluenced Collective, I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read my return policy carefully.

Returns

I accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact me at uninfluencedcollective.co@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. I will provide you with return instructions.

Exchanges

I am happy to exchange items for a different size or style, subject to availability. Please contact me to arrange an exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.
